While the girl that checked us in was nice the whole experience was not as nice. We have been to many escape rooms with some very challenging and have been able to escape. The fact that we didn't escape this one wasn't the problem. The problem was the room condition was very worn, things were broken and we were told just act like they weren't, the clues didn't lead to clues nothing was in any type of order. All in all just a bad experience. We will not be visiting this one again. We will try one of the many others we have been to.

I have never done an escape room and have always wanted to. My daughter decided to do it as part of her 12th birthday bash and we decided to do the 80’s bash at the Richardson location. Ash was amazing and the room was a blast. We had no clue what to expect, since we all were newbies, but we all left saying how much fun we had. I highly recommend coming here and giving them a try. Check Groupon too bc they had some specials when we did ours.

It was SO AMAZING!! We had an absolute BLAST!! We had an adult, a 13-year old, 11-year-old, and an 8-year-old. Moss and Zestly were so sweet, and we were given great hints. We highly recommend Escape The Room to people of all ages. We had the best first escape-room experience, and we escaped with 2 minutes to spare.

We had the BEST time at Escape the Room Dallas thanks to Moss and Chrissy! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome, excited, and ready to dive into the adventure. Their energy, humor, and professionalism took the entire experience to the next level. The room itself was challenging, creative, and full of surprises — every puzzle felt clever and rewarding to solve. You can tell the staff really cares about making sure everyone has a great time. Moss kept the vibe fun and upbeat, and Chrissy was so supportive and kind, giving just the right hints to keep us on track without spoiling the fun. Thank you moss and Chrissy for the amazing service
