This room wasn't really fun but it's so highly rated, I'm confused. We did the western heist. We escaped but none of the puzzles felt good. Normally I'm proud of solving puzzles or I understand why I needed a hint. At this place the puzzles were either boringly easy or we needed clues because the puzzle was (in my opinion) not well designed. I just didn't think this room was fun or challenging in a good way.

I have been to this escape room place so many times that I can’t even remeber how many times I’ve escaped! The staff is always super friendly and every single escape room is the perfect blend of challenges and aha moments. Some places give hints without you asking for them, which can ruin some of the fun, but I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience at Escape the Room. I personally would recommend the Clock Tower. All of the rooms are super unique and interesting, but clock tower is just so great! All in all this place is amazing and I am definitely recommending that you come and have some fun too!

Have been here on multiple occasions and the customer service is always superb. The star of the show (as much as I’d like it to be myself) was Lance! He was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He helped support our success in the hardest escape room and explained the rules and situation perfectly for an immersive experience. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. I recommend to everyone! Thanks Lance!

What an engaging and exciting experience! Came here for a work team building experience. Lance was welcoming and encouraging as the group worked through the room. Challenging but a great post work game to partake in. Can't wait to try all the other rooms!
