DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I came in for a 90 min Swedish massage. I booked my apt with Lulu. I came in about 15min before my apt. and signed in on the clipboard. The lady said you’re here for a 90 minute Swedish massage? I said yes she said come back here. I followed her into the first room. She asked if I was paying cash. I said yes, she said I get a free item and she listed off a couple things to add to my massage. I chose the hot stones. She said get undressed lay on the table and I’ll be back. I said OK. She never introduced her self, asked what I was coming in for. Never gave me any paper work to fill out. She knew nothing about me or my body. I got on the table Covered up the best I could with the little sheet they had. Thinking to myself this is kind of small, but it covers me and maybe once she starts she will turn it to cover my waist and everything will be fine. She knocked asked if I was ready. I said yes, she came in. Switched out my sheet. With a smaller sheet that barely covered my butt. 3 or 4 times I asked her to go softer or lighter on her strokes. Because it was rough and not relaxing at all. She would easy up little but it would also go back to rough. Twice she went over two spots where I reacted and said ow or oh because the spots she went over hurt. (I was having pain in my lower back and neck before I came in) one was my lower back and the other spot was up by my neck and shoulder area. That was how she did my whole body. When she used the hot stones they were very hot and I even said something about them being too hot. She tried to cool them down. It helped a little but when she switched to new rocks they were very hot and after she did a stroke I told her to stop. They were just to hot. Each section of my body she massaged she used a ton of oil. So much so she had to wipe each section with a wet rag before moving to the next section. While she would rub me down with a wet rag it was like a wash cloth and it felt like my skin was being exfoliated. It was rough and fast. Over all it’s was not a good massage especially for 90min. I felt worse after I left then when I came in. It was also a very uncomfortable experience I honestly should have said something while I was leaving but I was still running everything over in my head. I’m also not a person that likes to complain or make a scene. So I paid and left. Side note- I emailed the company stating everything I said here plus some other personal stuff that was inappropriate. I told them I was reporting this to the massage board as well. I never heard from them.
Massage, I've gotten in the valley and reasonable pricing too. They even applied, bengay to my very sore neck, which I have not seen at other massage parlors. Very good professional massage would recommend
I've been to so many different massages places, and have a hard time finding someone who can give the pressure I like - not quite deep tissue, but more than just relaxation. I had a 60 minute massage with Cathy, and it was fantastic! She was able to help relieve some shoulder and back pain that no one ever seems to get out. The place is very clean, relaxing music, and you get a free upgrade if you pay in cash. I did, and got the hot stone treatment, which was wonderful. The price is very reasonable too. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!
I asked for a Swedish massage but the lady was giving me borderline deep tissue. She never introduced herself, the sheets were too short so my feet were exposed the hold time. And she DIDN'T DO MY FEET OR HANDS!! Who gives a massage and doesn't do feet and hands! She never even asked what parts I wanted her to focus on. I told her she didn't do a Swedish massage and she said that what I wanted was Lo mi massage. I again explained to her that I know what a Swedish massage is supposed to be like. Not a good experience at all. Very disappointing experience.
I have been coming here for years and today had the worst experience ever that makes me never want to come back. I booked online, as for heated bed, got there was escorted in and told they don't have heated beds. I've had one every single time I've gone there so I know that's not true. My masseuse literally used her forearm the whole 90-minute session. It hurt more than anything. No neck or foot massage, just flipped my head from side to side to scratch my scalp. I am normally a very good tipper but honestly the massage was so bad that I did not even leave a tip.
