I love the cleanliness of the location. I love the products they offer. I love the spa packages they offer! I have gone every month since December and I have had the absolute pleasure of Martha Cervantes being my esthetician and massage therapist. She is so attentive, pays attention to every detail of your body’s needs. She is my absolute favorite!!!!

I’m very disappointed with the front desk service at this location. I have a nail membership, and there have been ongoing issues with payments being processed incorrectly, appointments being rescheduled without my consent, and constant scheduling problems overall. When I’ve asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, they are never available. I’m told to leave a message, but I’ve never received a call back. Unfortunately, there also seems to be a lack of accountability when mistakes are made, especially regarding payments and bookings. Attempts by the front desk staff to fix these issues often result in more confusion, or they’re unsure how to properly resolve the problem. That being said, the technicians who actually provide the nail services are amazing and do great work. It’s just unfortunate that you have to navigate such unprofessional front desk operations in order to receive the service. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as the service providers deserve better support.

My grandmother went there and didn’t have a good experience the lady got my grandmother soaked with water when she was washing her hair and didn’t even do her hair like she wanted it.
