Great experience from check in to check out! I didn't have to wait very long to see Physician's Assistant Jillian Haywood and I must say she is very professional. Her knowledge in regards to Dermatology is outstanding, and above all she listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Jillian is probably the best Dermatologist I've come across here in Bakersfield and I've seen quite a few over the years. The office personnel was great as well as are the assistants. I highly recommend Skin and Cancer Institute and P.A.Jillian!

Jillian Haywood provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a dermatology appointment. She truly listened to my concerns and addressed every single one with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She took the time to explain solutions clearly and made me feel heard and cared for. She is incredibly sweet and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional dermatologic care.

I absolutely love coming to this office. Everyone is so welcoming, kind and attentive. They try to accommodate you with fast appointments. I am in and out quickly and only short wait times. Jillian is such a great clinician. She listens, and explains everything throughly making sure you understand.

I got to my appointment like 2 minutes late (that was my fault) but they did see me at a good amount of waiting time. I got to see, talk and ask questions to the doctor without having to feel like I’m being rushed out. It was great! Great staff & pretty decent time from the time I checked til the time I checked out. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff from front to the back office. Very clean office and always smells good. Provider is very thorough when explaining things. Would recommend to family and friends
