I am knocking on 40s door and had my first ever massage. 😅 And today I left wondering why I never had one before. I needed this in my life. Single mom who raised all these kids, this would've been a game changer! But more seriously, I had the best experience! I'm extremely pleased with the service I got from reception when I initially called to ask about a GC (I received in 2022), to check the balance, and schedule an appointment. I had a speaking engagement and needed to reschedule, and they took care of it for me. So today was the day. I was nervous for whatever reason and it was amazing. As a lupus warrior, a kidney transplant recipient, and someone who just has way too much on her shoulders, I highly recommend this place. And more specifically the masseur I had 😊

⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero Stars if I could) I have been a loyal member since 2015, but the current state of this location is unacceptable. I scheduled a facial five weeks ago and have been patiently waiting for my appointment. When I called today to confirm, I was told the appointment was never booked. To make matters worse, they apparently only have one esthetician on staff who is already booked out another 4–5 weeks. Please hire more esthetician! 11 years Member

Came in for a facial and back facial. Had two separate estheticians for both services. Was not even relaxing. Barely felt anything being done. It literally felt like they just put a cream on and wipe it off. That was it. Consult went into table time too. So did not even get the full hour treatment. I do not recommend this place. Ps tried to go to http that was given and it was not anything. Could not submit anything.

I bought my husband a gift certificate last year for Christmas. He had a little bit of an issue redeeming it but it eventually worked out. He was not happy with his 1st massage but was very happy with his 2nd massage with Carlos. Since he found someone he liked, I bought him another one this year. He booked his massage online but when he got there they told him they couldn't find the reservation and rescheduled for the next week. He called today only to hear his appointment was canceled even though Carlos was there. He has been rescheduled AGAIN for tomorrow. Hoping this oversite won't be repeated again or we will go elsewhere.

Another Wonderful massage today from our Favorite Cat!!! You’re the Best girl. Love our massage therapist here. Cat is absolutely amazing. My hubby and I have both been going to her over a year now every monthly and it’s the Best! She is very personable, sweet and in our opinions, The Best !!!! Thank you Cat for a year of relaxation when we need it and keeping us feeling Great!
