I recently purchased a chair at Ethan Allen I love it. I dealt with Ellen Bochner who was superb as a design consultant. I will definitely go back to Ethan Allen for furniture and I highly recommend Ellen.

I was an Ethan Allen customer 40 years ago. I just came back for some major new pieces - a queen sleep sofa, a new club chair and two reupholsteries. If it was great back then, it’s even better now. High-quality custom work at reasonable prices. Ruthi Yankiver at the Manhattan location was instrumental in my satisfaction. She helped me select the pieces and the fabrics; her decorating instincts are spot on. I just had the sofa and club chair delivered and I couldn’t be happier. The products and the customer service, including delivery, are outstanding.

Our family have enjoyed the quality of Ethan Allen furniture for years. As we move through homes and change styles … and now even apartments the furniture is always shining brightly and proudly due to new design but careful eyes to design. Each home has been serviced with care and continued dedication to the craftsmanship and salesmanship. Many pieces have been passed along. They still hold their quality and style. Thanks Ethan Allen.

As soon as I met Shelly Alvarez, I could tell I was in good hands. She was so confident and knowledgeable. In addition she was very wonderful to work with and has a great personality. I went into Ethan Allen to buy living room furniture. As soon as she knew what kind of taste I had and the color scheme I was interested in, she showed me magnificent fabrics and furniture. When I decided on reupholstering my chaise lounge in a patterned fabric, my old fashioned self decided I need plain pillows with no patterns. I thought that patterned pillows would clash with the patterns on the lounge. She showed me a pillow with a pattern and I was hesitant. But she was absolutely right. The pillows look fabulous with the lounge. My new couch and my new chair and a half look fabulous with the chaise. Also I was unsure of the rug she proposed, but it also looks fabulous. I am extremely happy with my new living room look!! If you decide you need new furniture or reupholstering done, ask for Shelly. You will not be sorry! She can show pix of my furniture if you are interested.
