The timing of the delivery was a little difficult. If my Flooring for the MBR wasn't completed by Dec 10th, the next windows would have been Dec 23rd, even though our original request was for Dec 11th or twelfth. Otherwise it was fine. Good careful delivery and assembly job.

Charlene was perfect. (Second time working with her.) Asked good questions about my wants, provided answers to my questions. Delivery (Lucas) was at agreed upon time. All went smoothly. Time to recline.

Ethan Allen Is an exceptional store. The people that work there are extremely nice and professional. Sheryl has always helped us whenever we ordered a new alabaster lamp ,elegant stone cocktail table to bar stools. I would definitely be for all my family and friends here.
