Devin is the quintessential professional, and the level of expertise he brings is unparalleled. I had him come out to record my performance of my piano concerto with the North Texas Symphony Orchestra, and the recording I received from him is not only just a "good video" - it was crafted with skilled artistry. On top of that, he's also an awesome guy to work with. Wants the best for you and everyone involved in the whole project.
I hired Devin and his team at Ethos to record video for a live stand-up comedy recording. Devin had no issues running five cameras with a full crew manning each one of them. Showed up on time, went through setup and breakdown with no issue and had my files sent to me the next day. I even had some issues on my end with the file transfer that he was patient enough to help me resolve. I look forward to producing another video project so I can work with Devin and Ethos again.
Ethos Media is a leading video production company in DFW. I recently hired Ethos Media to provide AV support during a large event - the Uplift Education Tech Expo - held at the ESports Stadium in Arlington, TX. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the professional service I received during this event. Devin was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified and resolved several complex technical issues that others failed to notice. All of the footage that he personally captured for me during the event was of the highest quality (video and sound). I'm not surprised that there aren't any reviews less than 5 stars here, especially considering there's 80+ of them. Ethos Media does it classier than most. I hired Devin for some help on a content capture job for a financial conference and he made it so stress-free that he'll be my first choice in the future. Excellent communication as well. Specifically, Devin provided 3 Blackmagic broadcast cameras and an ATEM recorder. This setup is great for live streams, but also makes the ultra-long-form multi-camera content capture jobs insanely efficient. He kept me updated every step of the way and I never worried about a thing. Ethos Media sets the example for how video production companies should operate — with all the technicalities and potential for things to go wrong, I was assured that everything would be captured perfectly, which it was. Ethos Media is an amazing company! They stand by their work and make sure that your entire experience is quality, from when they walk through the door to when you get your final product, they conduct themselves with great professionalism. Devin is a man of integrity and has a great eye for video production. He truly wants to see his customers vision succeed and is committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve that. That is rare in this industry! He came and filmed one of our shows, but the performance wasn't the best from a technical and actors performance stand point. Devin noticed some things were off, and he offered to come back and film the show again at the next performance FREE OF CHARGE, to make sure we got a great video that we would be proud of!!! He is kind, friendly, personable, and very thorough as a video and media expert. We have been very impressed with the way this company does business and the final results they produce. As a performing arts company our video and sound needs are often complicated and there's usually curve balls thrown at every performance. Ethos media has risen to the occasion and met each challenge with a great solution every time.
