Be very careful with this place. The place is clean and the people are nice, but I’m not sure how knowledgeable they really are about tattoo removal. I called and asked several questions before going in for the consultation when I was looking at their Groupon. I knew something was funky when they had a Groupon for laser tattoo removal but no tattoo removal services were listed on their website. Hopefully they fix that. Then during the consult the woman I spoke with had some strange responses. I’m not new to get tattoo removal. I got a bad feeling in my gut from the way she described how numbing cream does nothing, you can’t do more than one pass over the tattoo per session (I always do 2 passes to spread up the removal) and so on. It was all really strange and completely opposite of what I KNOW to be true when removing tattoos. So I ended the consultation and walked. Just want to put a word of warning out there that something is fishy with this place’s tattoo removal service. Be careful folks.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for hair removal on arms, bikini and legs. I saw the previous low rating on their laser, but decided to try them because they were running a special.BIG MISTAKE! Either their machine is not good or the technicians are not using the right settings to keep you coming back. Which I did and after TWO rounds of laser on all the areas I STILL have hair growth. When I complained they had me come in and they said “Oh but it did reduce your growth, we don’t guarantee 100% of hair removal”. Then of course, offered to do a THIRD time for a reduced price. I had my underarms lasered over 10 years ago in another county and still have no growth. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The positive at this location is the receptionist are very nice and I got a gift of 4 facials for Xmas. The facials were very good.

Ana is a wizard. I got PDO Threads and she couldn’t have done a more perfect job. Little to no bruising or swelling. There was minimal discomfort the day after. I was super impressed (having had this done before from another place). The results are amazing. I everyone there is very courteous as well. I am now a loyal client.

They took the time to explain my options and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. If you’re going to do laser, get Jennifer. She is one of the best aestheticians I’ve had. So sweet and thorough. Literally the only person I would want to do hair laser with.

Let me start with telling you guys about my experience at this place. I had missed on a couple appointments do to my mom passing away and I really didn’t think about the appointment at Euro IMAGE bc of the lost of my mother. I did call the front desk at EURO IMAGE on the day that I supposed to go to my appointment. And Sarah the front desk assured me that someone will be contacting me by the end of the day. No body did follow up with returning my call until I called them back 3-4 days later to see what’s going on. The lady who answered she was definitely unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t care about doing her job and call me back to inform me with the next available appointment so I can go back and finish the hair treatment. But she did confirm that I can go on 12/16/2025 at 2:30 pm and then changed to 12:30 pm and I was like that’s fine. Also I asked her if I can have a reminder call or text message to make sure I won’t miss the appointment. Especially since they keep giving me different time of when I can go for the appointment. I showed up 3 minutes before the time that they gave me the day I had to call my self to remind them to give me my next appointment. I told the front desk girl when I arrived. I’m here for my appointment and she was like yeah you are late 30 minute. I was like no you told me to come at 12:30 on the 16th of this month also, I apologize that I had missed my appointment and told her the reason that it was because my mom had passed Away And I Didn’t Remember my appointment. The owner HIND overheard the conversation AND INTERRUPT WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE by saying In front of her workers and another customers It is not her fault my mom died and I missed my appointment. This proves that this woman HIND THE OWNER SHE HAVE NO COMPASSION ,to say such a thing with cold blooded. Also, I find out that they are Already have Collected the whole amount of the treatment that’s why they don’t really care to follow up or Call you back when they say they will Call you by the end of the day. Also, I was trying to explain to the owner HIND THAT I REQUEST FOR A REMINDER AND NOBODY FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I DIDN’T GET ANY TEXT MESSAGE AND SHE WAS BLAMING MY PHONE SERVICE. THAT I AM NOT GETTING A NOTIFICATION BECAUSE OF MY PHONE. WHAT’S FUNNY THAT I SHOWED HER THE ONLY NOTIFICATION I GOT FROM THEM IS TWO MINUTE BEFORE I WALKED INTO THE PLACE. THEY SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE THAT I MISSED ON MY APPOINTMENT. ANYWAYS, THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY OR GO BACK AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SKILLS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. And now I understand why everybody’s like that at this place She have a really bad attitude. I just can’t believe that she said To my face that It is not her fault for the death of my mom. It’s not like I’m blaming her. I was just explaining why I missed my appointment last time.
