I’ve been going here consistently for 5 months now. I am very impressed by them as a business because my schedule can get silly sometimes and they have always been willing to work around it effortlessly. I’ve worked with a few was specialists and I recommend all of them. I most consistently go to Blake but I’ve also worked with Grace, Joscelyn, and Kristen. They are all very professional and know their stuff, which is great because I usually have a question or two. They are all thorough and make sure I get my moneys worth! The receptionists I most commonly see are Tatum and Paige, who are also very nice. They remember me and even some of my services. All around, I love going here. It’s always a really nice experience due to how warm and inviting all of these women are.

Egypt was great. I travel a lot and so I’m always happy to find a local European wax center. She introduced herself and led with acknowledge of and understanding that I don’t get in to a center as often as Id like to. I felt comfort in knowing she understood and that my expectations of service would be meet as if I was her year round regular client. I think Egypt will go far with her clientele and the company because she loves what she does and takes extra care in details including my skin type and need for extra care. Go see Egypt. And I’ve visited European wax center from Florida to Ohio so Ive seen their staff potential. 😄

I called yesterday to see if I could get in earlier than my scheduled time & they were able to accommodate me. Egypt did my wax & I’ve never felt as comfortable getting a wax as I did with her. I’ll definitely be going back to her!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I felt I needed to share it. I came to this location based on the strong reviews and reputation. However, the service quality I received was far below what I expected, especially compared to my previous experiences in Korea. In Korea, my Brazilian wax was extremely professional: • A gown was provided, • The atmosphere felt private and respectful, • The esthetician was gentle, quick, and skilled, • The entire process was clean and thoroughly finished, and • There was even a shower room to clean up afterward. It was my first time, yet I didn’t shout or feel overly stressed because everything was handled smoothly. Because of that, I naturally expected a similar level of professionalism here. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. During my visit here: • Several areas were pulled multiple times because the wax wasn’t removed in one motion, which caused unnecessary pain. • A long visible hair was left behind, and I had to point it out myself. • Wax residue around the perineal area was not cleaned off properly, which made it very uncomfortable when I had to leave. • No gown was provided, and I was simply asked to undress and lie down, which made me feel exposed. I understand that every country and every shop can have different styles, but basic professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail should be universal. I am sharing this review not out of anger, but because I hope this location can improve. I expected the quality to match the reputation, but my experience did not reflect the standards I believed this brand represented.

Egypt was a wonderful wax specialist. She was happy to take me as a last appointment! She was personable, and Taylor es my care to what I needed. She cooled the wax a bit to accommodate me. She wasn’t rushed, and took her time to give me the best care. 10/10- recommend. Thanks, Egypt
