First time at European Wax, the receptionist at the desk was so sweet and helpful, and connected me with Dakota. Dakota was amazing! Made me feel so comfortable, educated me on things I didn’t know before (I’m a regular waxer but learned so much) and over all just had a great experience. I mentioned to her how painful my previous wax was and she made it so comfortable and great. I can’t say enough great things about her service and how personable she is. I work in customer service and that’s a big thing for me, so when I find someone who excels at that and makes you feel so important and valued, it’s worth noting. Thank you, Dakota! Already booked my next appointment :)

Claudia is truly amazing! From start to finish, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. I went to European wax for the first time to get my eyebrows and my upper lip waxed and saw Kameisha. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Plus she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back to see her for other services.

The absolute best experience!!!! Renee is a phenomenal technician. I love how personable she is. She is super gentle and keeps you laughing and talking.
