At first I didn't know what to expect. I didn't even really understand what option applied to what I was looking for, being new to waxing, Destiney made it a great experience. I've visited a few times, and she's always been positive and efficient. She explained the process, and answered all my questions. She also does great work -- much better (and faster) than the one was I've had prior to working with her.

Exceptional front desk staff! Natalie my esthetician is AMAZING! Everyone is friendly, helpful, professional, and the location is in a super high end and safe outdoor mall! This is a top notch place! Highly recommended!

Destiney is amazing. I have been using EWC for a few years now but for the last year I have only used one person and that is Destiney. Why you may ask, well, She is very thorough. She makes you feel very comfortable. She is always sure to sanitize so you feel safe. I won't let anyone but her touch me. She's also dependable. I definitely would and have referred her services. Me and both my daughters get our services from EWC. It’s clean and their ladies are always smiling and friendly. Happy holidays

I absolutely loved my experience here at this location! If you are looking for outstanding customer service experience this is your place to go! Along with fabulous wax specialists! I had the pleasure to work with Tay she was such a delight and absolutely the sweetest person! Made me feel so welcome and so kind, the whole front staff was spectacular! My wax specialist Ashely was just Fantastic! Her energy was incredible and made my morning! She makes you feel so comfortable and confident as it can be a little awkward but never felt that with her! She left me all cleaned up and ready to go for the holidays and I enjoyed my time with her! My mom also came here for the 1st time and she loved it! Alexis was also fantastic! She is did a wonderfully job on my mom’s eyebrows and tint! She came out looking beautiful! She also really enjoyed her time with her! I highly recommend Ashely, Alexis and coming to this location to work with Tay and her wonderful front staff. This whole experience and location is phenomenal and will be coming back to this location.

Destiny was awesome!! She did my brows perfectly on the first try. Every other time I've had my brows done I have to ask the wax tech to make some adjustments, but when she showed me her work at the end I was just like, yep you nailed it! She was also super friendly.
