I relocated and it had been quite awhile since I had any care or maintenance. Starting over with a new technician can be hit or miss. Lily was wonderful. She was thourough, gentle, and a great conversationalist through some of the sensitive areas and moments. I enjoyed my re-entering into self care and rebooked. Thank you Lily!
