I just had a brow wax with Mariah, I cannot express how happy I am with my brows. I was going somewhere else and I told her I haven’t been too satisfied with my brows these past couple months and she made them perfect! She gave me the confident boost I’ve been needing, I’ll definitely be back to get my brows done with her from now on

I've been going to EWC for years. I buy 12 Brazilian Full Wax passes annually. It's usually fine, they get the job done. It's quick. You're in a conveyor belt there. They want you in and out in under 15. Not really there for a long time or a fun time. But it's a task that needs to get done, so I'm fine with it being quick. This past experience was a little different and since I got a message asking to share my experience, might as well 🤷🏼‍♀️. My wax specialist didn't really talk to me the whole time, usually every other person is super nice and friendly. They recognize that you're in a vulnerable position you know with your labia out on full display and everything. The person I had yesterday didn't chat or anything. She also didn't put baby powder down. That combined with the fact that she wasnt letting the wax cool all the way made for a rough experience. After it was obvious that I was having a rough go of it, she asked what was wrong. I said it doesn't feel like it normally does, in a bad way and I asked about the baby powder, which that seemed to be an inconvenience when everyone else has always just done it as part of the process. I have a high pain tolerance, I'm a professional athlete. I Would hate for someone else that doesn't enjoy a bit of pain to go through the same thing.

Kristen at European Wax San Diego Liberty Station did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I’m not a regular at waxing, she shaped and colored my eyebrows. I’m blonde and had a little anxiety about adding color. I didn’t tell Kristen but she assured me they would only be as dark as I wanted them. I told her do your thing, Kristen works fast and efficiently. She did such a great job, she’s a real professional! I love my new eyebrows, I would highly recommend Kristen.

I can’t say enough good things about Kristen! She is absolutely amazing—professional, detail-oriented, and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Her technique is quick and thorough, and she truly takes the time to ensure everything is perfect. On top of that, she’s warm, friendly, and creates such a welcoming atmosphere that makes the whole experience so much better. I actually look forward to my appointments because of her! If you’re looking for a waxer who goes above and beyond, Kristen is the one. Highly recommend!
