I left in pain. At the start Hana P gave me a pedi and made a phone call during the leg massage and ended up just stroking one hand up and down my shin. My pastel pink was neon pink. A mediocre pedi would’ve been fine. But I booked a mani as well that they forgot about. She said she’d just do it. She cut my nails down to the nail bed and rounded the edges so extreme that my nails will now be growing into my skin in a week. I stopped her to address it and she said she would just cut my skin back. I said no thanks and left with one hand clipped. The skin she exposed under my nail HURT to make contact with anything. Texting, running through my hair, the skin under my nails should not have been exposed like that. I was very bummed, I’m headed back to work after being on maternity leave next week and this was going to be my treat to make going back to work less awful. The reviews made me feel like they were fake after today’s experience. I will NOT be back.
