Her technique is top-tier, results are flawless, and she truly knows her craft. I won’t go to anyone else. The Best experience I didn't believe was possible. McKenzie was PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT and SUPER DETAILED. She waxed my chest, stomach and I got a Brazilian. Not all aestheticians are the same. It takes a person that's comfortable talking to men if they're going to be waxing down there.

I Have been to this location twice- both times to have back hair removed. Being a man and most likely in the minority of those that get waxing services - yes I was a bit nervous 😬. However, The professionals here make you feel completely at ease as much as possible, and do such an amazing job, They make it more than worth it. Makenzie, who I worked with most recently, was extremely courteous, kept my mind off the process with thoughtful conversation, was extremely efficient and made what is a painful experience fly by in no time. Highly recommend!

This was my first official visit/appointment this this location. I was very impressed. I have been through a lot with another location but Mackenzie made it a great impression on me . She has definitely changed my perspective of the company as a whole. She has a great personality and she is a definitely people person. She has definitely continued the amazing wax experience I have always had. She is definitely my new favorite waxer.

Yesterday was my first visit with Knalah and she was great! I mentioned my issues with previous waxes and my sensitive skin and she was able to address my concerns and give me tips. Her tips were spot on because this was my first wax where I didn't have a reaction afterwards! Super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
