I’ll start by saying the work they did turned out great. Customer service not so much. I was told the work could possibly be done in one day, but they wanted to schedule when they had a loaner available in case in went into the next day. Ok, no problem. We dropped the car off on a Thursday morning. By Friday afternoon I hadn’t heard from them, so I called to check on it. They said the painter was at lunch and they would check with him when he got back and call me in about an hour. Almost 3 hours later, no call. I called and now I was told the painter was out sick and it would be Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We had the loaner so, ok I guess. Tuesday afternoon, still no word. I called and again, “He’s at lunch, we’ll call you in about an hour”. Nothing. I called again and again was told he’s was out for the day. Does anyone know where the painter is?! How can he be at lunch and then “he’s out for the day”? I explained the situation and my frustration and was told that they would make sure the car got painted right away Wednesday morning so we could have it back on Wednesday. Well, Wednesday afternoon, still no word. I called at 1:30 and was told it was just going in to paint and we could get it on Thursday. Unbelievable. Why didn’t someone call me on Friday and tell me that the painter was out and it would take longer than expected? Why was I told twice that he was at lunch when he wasn’t even in those days. Not one time did they call me, I had to call them every time. They did great work, but very poor customer service and communication. I won’t go back.
Everyone was so friendly and they kept in touch with us via text throughout the entire process letting us know how our autobody fix was going. They dealt with the people’s insurance who had caused the damage as well as worked with Enterprise for our rental. They made the whole process seamless and easy. You couldn’t even tell any damage had been done to my vehicle.
My truck looked amazing when finished. Took a little longer then expected but I would rather have it be right than sent out the door with the wrong parts and not put together correctly. They worked with the rental car company so that i did not have to deal with extending my rental. Amazing customer service!
Great service with kind, caring staff! Very easy to work with after we were involved in an automobile accident. They made an unfortunate situation much easier, their communication was awesome. The process of getting a rental car was convenient. Our truck was very clean and looked like new after the body work was done. They even cleaned the inside of the truck for us. I would definitely recommend Eustis Body Shop to anyone. They are the best!!
Couldn’t be more happy with Tim, Greg, and Damian. Timeline took longer than expected for body work, but they made sure we were happy in the end. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the final results. I will be recommending my friends and family go here in the future.
