I started my subscription in November of 2024 at the Andermat location paying $52/month for their top of the line drive thru service. I had just purchased a new car & wanted to keep it clean especially underneath because my last car had rusted out. I soon found out that the car wash didn't even touch the wheel wells so I would have to go to a manual car wash to clean everytime I went to the farm I moved and the O Street location was my closest choice and after using Andermat location, O Street is definitely not the same quality. The vacuums area always congested and filthy, trash and lumps of mud or dirt in the cleaning area & I never seen any carts offering clean towels or cleaning products. One visit i was there over 45 minutes & seen only 1 employee the entire time while I was guided into carwash. I decided it wasnt worth the $52/month and TRIED TO CANCEL. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. I went to 3rd location which is at least 30 minute drive from home & tried to cancel there. The manager offered me 3 months for 10.00 (11.98 is what I was charged each month) and then only $29/month. Its not worth the drive and after a marathon on hold session, I canceled my debit card because I DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH FOR SOMETHING IM NOT USING. They really need to make cancelation an easier process. I feel like I was gouged for entire year & PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

I don't post reviews often but this place 10/10! Just Came Back from a Off Road Trip with Old Dotty!! Stopped by here to get her cleaned up!! And what can I say but a job well done! The staff there was super nice and friendly! Everyone smiling and staying busy. The staff that cleaned my truck did a great job! Better than one my Son would do...lol. A special shout out to the kid named Jean!! Or that's what I heard everyone else call him. Thank you sir for your help and great work! Will definitely stop by again in the future and so should you!!

If I could give it no stars I would. Wanted touchless. Don’t get touchless even tho I paid for itand this is how it looked after coming out and spending over $15 on a wash!! Pathetic! The vacuums had no suction and it didn’t even get my car clean! It looked just as dirty as it did when I came here! What a joke

I’ve been using rocket for over a year now they pretty much been my first choice for a car wash and I’ve also recommended them all over the place. Unfortunately, their car wash took off my spoiler on my Dodge charger it ripped it right off of the bolts. This isn’t an aftermarket spoiler either it’s a factory spoiler that was ripped off also left two dents on each side of where the spoiler is mounted so I need a new trunk and spoiler I doubt they will do anything about it it absolutely does scratch your paint as well. I have a couple cars that I’ve had go through with newish body work done too my 2007 Grand Prix GXP and it leaves pretty big scratches unfortunately even with the brushes turned off it still will scratch your paint pretty bad I really didn’t wanna make this review but with how I know they’re not gonna pay for the damage done to my car i want people to know

Good experience of the unlimited car wash membership from Rocket Carwash. Members lounge has some nice offerings. I accidentally spilled some coffee and their staff was so nice he helped me with that. I feel this branch in Lincoln is better and more spacious. My car looked great and I would consider going back again My car looked great and had a nice wash.
