Having a local business to assist with all my vehicles is priceless. The customer service has been spectacular with each experience. Even if it is a new vehicle, my daughter’s car or my 20 year old car, I have a secure feeling of safety is being a priority. I don’t leave too many reviews, yet this was needed to be shared

They did a great job replacing the water pump on my wife’s 2018 Explorer. David communicated exactly what was going to be done and how long it would take. Our vehicle was back up and running in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price considering how big of a job a water pump on an Explorer is.

Great experience! The experience was made even better because of Toussaint. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and special! When we came to the store, he greeted us like old friends. Toussaint is a real asset to Graham Tire!

We have been going to this location for years. Recently a little more than we would like but that’s life. Outside of new tires and oil changes they rebuilt an engine for us. They were nothing but accommodating on this process. David the manager, is very detailed when explaining issues throughout every visit. Toussaint is the absolute best. His is the face of that location and his enthusiasm is contagious. He greets everyone like they are his best friend and makes you forget about the money that you necessarily don’t want to be spending on your car!!
