I honestly cannot thank Farnaz enough. On the day of an important birthday event, my original decorator canceled at the very last minute. I found out at 2:00 PM, while the event was scheduled to start at 6:00 PM. I was under extreme pressure and stress. Through a friend, I was introduced to Farnaz and reached out to her. Despite the fact that she was already working on another project, she went above and beyond to help. She arrived by 4:30 PM and delivered exactly the décor I had envisioned—on time, with exceptional quality, and with a completely reasonable price. Farnaz is truly professional, responsible, fair, calm under pressure, and extremely ethical. She didn’t just save the event—she exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for someone you can fully trust, especially in critical situations, I cannot recommend Farnaz strongly enough. I would work with her again without hesitation.
