Called and left a message about needing drapes for my wedding. She called me and left me her number. I text her and she said she would look at her calendar and get a quote. She never got back to me. I text her two separate times and still hasn't answered.

So when I originally started looking at event elements, I was skeptical due to passed reviews. Heard they had new ownership so thought I’d give them a shot and met Stacy. Wow, just wow. I know everyone has their own experience, but working closely with Stacy over the last few months I can’t imagine there being a subpar event working with her. I had several last minute changes just days before our event and she pulled through for us. Even though they had much larger events (out of town) during and around our event, they made ours a priority and just as important as the other. Our event location was hours outside of Wichita and even with that, drop off team was on time and very accommodating We did meet several times and I was able to get a visual on ALL the pieces I was renting and their condition 👍 (would suggest everyone sees with their own eyes the pieces they rent before hand). Event renting is not easy, working with all different clients and wishes, always so much stress involved with each event….. just call Stacy and she’ll take care of you. Our event is an annual event and you can bet on us calling on event elements again next year.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company. The thing that we hired them to do initially they did amazing on which was the wisteria floral ceiling! That blew us away and they did such an amazing job. I think we should have stopped there and only hired them to do this instead of the rest of the decor/backdrops. We should have went with Le Luci instead. I sent and showed pictures of what I wanted and the person who worked with me assured me that they could do it. I’m not sure if there was miscommunication but I sent them pictures of what I wanted multiple times and majority of the things they provided did not look anything like the inspiration pictures. The most disappointing and upsetting thing was the dance floor. I paid almost 2 thousand dollars to get a dance floor with vinyl engravings. A specific picture was sent and I was reassured multiple times that they could do what the picture showed. The picture was a flat white vinyl dance floor with initials covering majority of the floor. First, they never showed me what their dance floor looked like. I had imagined a smooth dance floor like the picture, instead I got ugly kitchen tiles! Second, the vinyl with our initials is TWO FEET BY TWO FEET on a 21” by 21” dance floor! NOT the entire dance floor like what I had sent and they assured that they could do! I was appalled by how ugly the dance floor looked and that I paid that much for it. It ruined the aesthetic of what I envisioned. If I had known sooner what it looked like instead of on the day of I would have went with another company or have bought my own vinyl. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your dance floors please. Overall, I was not very happy with the service and results that I received from the company. They were not communicative and were unclear in what they could provide. They did not listen to my wishes or expectations. I paid about 12 thousand with the company. When I expressed my concerns I did not receive any response. I wish I could go back and only have hired them for only the ceiling. So disappointing.
