We used Eventworks Atlanta for all of our wedding rentals at the Trolley Barn. They did an excellent job of staying flexible all the way to the day before the wedding when we needed to add a few linens. We used them for everything - from the velvet napkins, plates, silverware, glassware, a rented bar front, lounge furniture, and even a few extra tables. Thank you for making renting everything for our wedding a pretty smooth process!
I am not one to write negative reviews. Unfortunately our experience with EventWorks was a bit disappointing. We rented a stage for our wedding, and it was originally set to be delivered on a Saturday. When I asked if it was okay to be delivered Sunday, I was told it was not a problem at all. Fast forward a few months later and I was told there is a $275 fee for after hours set up. When I let them know I was never told about this fee, I was told verbatim "We do not go into detail at the time ordering all the different fees that could potentially come up." So a word to wise-- ask tons of questions, but who knows, they may sneak in an extra fee because they just don't go into detail with their clients. The three stars are for the stage itself being delivered and setup just fine. Zero stars for customer communication of fees. I had no issues of a Sunday wedding with any of our other vendors.

Jennifer helped us ensure everything was correct and that we had all the necessary information. On our wedding day, the team was prompt and professional for both delivery and breakdown. Everything looked beautiful and exactly as we had ordered. We were very happy with our experience!

PTE has the best customer service (shout out to Tricia, James and Jessica). We use PTE for our business, Carlyle's Catering, so I didn't hesitate to call them for my wedding.
