EverSafe Moving Co was professional and efficient from the first contact I made with them. They responded to my quote request quickly and they answered all my questions with respect and attention. Their excellent reviews and competitive cost were factors in choosing EverSafe for my local move. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was because they never contacted me according to this policy in their quote: "Confirmation of your move: We will call you the business day before your move to confirm everything is on schedule. We must make contact with you to continue the move on the agreed date" I did not receive a call and did not get a response to my email or phone call asking for confirmation (it was over the weekend, to be fair) so I was unsure of the time/date confirmation until 2 hours before the scheduled move. I got a bit nervous until the truck arrived. However, the truck showed up early and Christian and Drew started working immediately. They did a great job and wrapped all the furniture with care. It was above and beyond what I expected. They finished under the expected time and under the quoted price. I really appreciated their effort and attention to detail. I would highly recommend EverSafe and will use them again in the future, if needed.
