My daughter was placed in the “dance corner of shame” after some game occurred twice in one session, this is also beginner ballet.. and she quit and has zero desire to continue dance at all. My child loved to perform and lead school assemblies and had zero stage fright until this studio. I don’t believe “dance corner of shame” should be something introduced to a child who is just possibly beginning their career into performance arts. Edit: I’m only giving 2 stars because she did enjoy dance until this event. Edit again: While I did speak with the front desk secretary, there were no offers fix this issue other than to pay more money to this institution that made my daughter feel unsafe. I am very sure my daughter was put into a dance corner of shame; I dislike the misleading response the director has given my review, because the ONLY time they were concerned about my daughter was when she was absent long enough to accrue missing tuition.
My son just started showing interest in dance, so we signed him up here and he absolutely loves his hip/hop class with Mr Oscar. Everyone there is great with the kiddos and so polite. We will definitely continue going here and would recommend them!! Thanks for being such a great place for my son to reach out if his comfort zone and dance!
I love this dance studio! So many styles to choose from!!! Ages 3-103 haha! A perfect learning environment for all ages and levels. Great prices and great faculty! This is definitely the #1 place you and your kids should choose for a dance studio.
EGDS is a vibrant and engaging Dance studio. The staff are very personal and helpful. The studio offers varied dance styles from ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, to traditional Mexican dance styles. I like that they have classes for so many ability levels; there are classes for children and classes for teens/adults, based on technique and ability. I love the fact that they have closed-circuit TVs in the studios, so parents can watch the students' classes. My child is liking her teacher and classes there, and I see her learning and growing as a dancer.
Great choice for a dance studio. The staff is great and offers many different dance styles from traditional Mexican styles to Hip Hop, jazz, and ballet. My kids have gone there for over seven years and continue to learn and grow as dancers.
