Amazing experience! In town for short time and a race and needed some guidance. Was referred over and could not recommend Evo enough. Dr Willis was beyond helpful and I look forward to communicating with him in the future for my continued progress and body care. Thank you so much Evo!

I was researching PT locations that would offer dry needling as I had the infamous case of nashville bartender pain. Dr. Willis immediately assured me he’d get me to as close to pain free as possible in the time I had. I’m grateful for EVO, Dr. Willis and being pain free!! 🏋🏼‍♀️ He was able to dry needle, cup, e-stim & program exercises to stabilize my thoracic lumbar.

EVO is hands down the best. I started going for a specific back injury that was making sitting and standing difficult. After just a few visits I was moving normally again and a few months into treatment I’m full speed ahead at the gym. The best part for me is that the treatment plan isn’t just about fixing the symptom. We are diving into the root cause and working to correct deficiencies that will prevent the problem from returning. We’ve been able to start working on other nagging issues I have and I can already tell a difference not only in the gym but in everyday life (less back and neck pain sitting at my desk all day). I highly recommend the EVO team for treatment for any type of injuries/issues you have.

As a wife, mother of 3, and CrossFit enthusiast, I am always moving. When I experienced my first back injury, I was afraid it would take me out of all the things I was committed to and love. I came across EVO, and it was their performance base therapy that taught me that movement is a powerful tool when healing from an injury. Wil, Ben, and the team at EVO worked with me in such a detailed way, and their attention to getting me back to moving in the ways I loved is what sets them apart. Every movement and exercise that was given not only helped heal my back, but they also strengthened other areas of my body, making me overall stronger than I was before. I can truly say I am grateful for the experience and process of my injury because of working with EVO!

Willis is an amazing physical therapist! He has helped me not only to successfully rehab a rotator cuff injury, but also learn how to use better form with many CrossFit movements. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He uses various techniques as needed such as dry needling, cupping, and manual manipulation, as well as prescribing a detailed at-home exercise program. I would recommend him to any athlete needing physical therapy!
