Recently had an issue with our upstairs AC unit not cooling properly, so we scheduled a service call. Lee arrived right on time and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the issue, and walked us through the solution. Even though he needed to return to the office for a piece of equipment and switch trucks—something completely out of his control—he kept us informed and apologized for the slight delay. Lee’s attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for our home, including wearing shoe booties each time he entered and exited, truly stood out. We’re very pleased with the service and would highly recommend both Lee and the company for their outstanding professionalism and customer care!

When our water-cooled HVAC in the condo went out, I found out quickly that not many companies work on these units. Evolution was one of the few, and after talking to the owner, Dennis, he set up an appointment for the very next morning (I had called the night before). Our tech, Brent, was excellent. He explained every step of diagnosing and fixing the problem, and really gave us an understanding of how and why he was doing what he was doing. No guesswork. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. And if he had a question, he had Dennis on the phone to troubleshoot right away. The service was so good that we signed up for their membership program, which includes twice-a-year checkups to keep the unit running smoothly. In Vegas, air conditioning is everything, and having Evolution on our side gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend.
