Treatment here has been so wonderful! The workout space is open and bright and the energy of the staff is always upbeat - exactly what is needed when client spirirts might be low dealing with injury. Care is thoughtful and I can't recommend it enough!
I can’t thank Matt Messner at Evolution Physical Therapy in Deer Park enough! He truly went above and beyond to help me manage my herniated discs in my lower back. While recent doctors only pushed surgery as the solution, Matt took the time to create a personalized plan that focused on real relief, strength building, and avoiding invasive procedures. His knowledge, encouragement, and dedication made all the difference—I’m finally feeling better and moving without constant pain. I’m so happy I returned to Evolution Fitness and have Samantha as my Physical Therapist (PT). Sammy is patient and caters to her patient’s health and wellness. After having three children (with the last one being an emergency C-Section) in the last five years and a history of neck, shoulder, knee, and back injuries/issues; I needed to recondition and regain strength in those areas. Sammy created a specific plan with various exercises to meet my needs. In a short period of time, I am making notable progress. I tore my achilles last November 2024 and came to Evolution 2-3 times per week in the months after my surgery. Tim Brown was my PT, he was truly awesome. He was very focused on my progress and created a plan for me that he evolved every session. I felt cared for and encouraged by Tim. I am a year out from my injury and my mobility is almost at 100%. I can run and jump and have little discomfort in my ankle. The energy at Evolution is also great overall. They play good music and create an atmosphere that makes a repetitive process of PT feel less crappy.
I recently had back surgery, and working with Brooke has been amazing for my recovery. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Brooke always explains what we’re doing and why, and she pushes me just the right amount without overdoing it. I’ve made huge progress thanks to her guidance. The clinic is friendly and well-run, and I always feel welcomed and cared for. I’m really grateful for everything Brooke has done to help me get back on my feet. Highly recommend!
