I’ve known Erik for six years now, and I can confidently say he is nothing short of amazing. I’ve worked with Erik at Evolv PT numerous times over the past few years for sports related injuries, nagging pains, and even just some one-off TLC work to keep my body feeling good. The team is extremely professional, responsive, and they treat with the intent of actual improvement, not keeping you as a long term client. Erik is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me to be able to train sustainably at a high level for years! I’ve seen a handful of PT’s in the area, and Evolv is by far the most effective and accessible. Can’t recommend them enough!

For over 10 years, Erik has been a vital resource for keeping me healthy and in the gym. I do go to him when I have acute injuries, but more commonly go to him for proactive treatment, particularly dry needling. His Sunday availability is super convenient for even the busiest recreational athlete. I regularly recommend Erik to people when they are clearly uncomfortable warming up a particular joint or limb.

I've been working with Erik most of the last year. It's been great to have a PT who is concerned about getting you back to injury-free but also works with you on strength, range of motion and building back to preventing injuries from happening again. He's super knowledgeable about weightlifting which makes it easy to have a conversation.

I started working with Erik back in 2015 and continue to work with him to make sure I’m staying healthy.
