The renovation looks beautiful! Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. First time trying cryo, I was a little nervous at first but it was actually really great and refreshing! I did compression on my legs after and I walked out of there feeling new and great. Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who was interested in any of their services!

Evolve Cryo + Wellness is hands down one of my favorite self-care and recovery spots. I just had one of the best facials I’ve had in a long time here with Steph — she is incredibly knowledgeable and creates such a relaxing, elevated experience. I did the Signature Facial with the buccal add-on (which is her specialty), and it was next level. Safe to say this will be my regular facial moving forward. As a group fitness instructor, recovery is non-negotiable for me, and Evolve truly delivers. I regularly use their cryo and compression stations, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in how my body feels and performs. I also get my massages here with Patrick, who is fantastic. From skincare to recovery, the team, the vibe, and the results are all on point. If you’re looking for a medspa that actually understands wellness and recovery, Evolve Cryo + Wellness is it. Highly recommend.

I went in just to check things out, and I left absolutely sold. The entire staff was phenomenal—they made the whole experience welcoming and effortless. The Cryo treatment? Phew, it was definitely an intense chill (gotta try it!), but I felt instantly energized afterward. I was a little skeptical of the compression therapy at first, but wow, it was incredible! The fact that they just throw that in with the membership is a serious game-changer. I pulled the trigger and am officially a member! I'm already counting down the minutes until I can melt into my first massage! Highly, highly recommend!

I have been going to Evolve since the beginning of the year and I look forward to my visits here! Friendly staff, clean location, and great setup for both cryotherapy and sauna. They also have acupuncture and massage in house through some great practitioners. They’ve been a key part of my recovery routine. Love this location and always leave feeling energized!

I've been going to evolve for almost 5 years now, and this place is one of my absolute favorites in Austin. Clean facility, friendly staff, and the practitioners are top-tier. I frequent their sauna and compression lounge, and the REGEN is the best! (They're the only ones in Austin with this machine). I could go on and on but thank you Molly, Shannon, Christine, Meghan, and everyone else on the team! This is my true third space in Austin.
