Cedric M is diligent and responsive. Not only did he do a thorough job during his regularly scheduled visits but he’s always been great at quickly attending to any of our-concerns or problems we have had. I would definitely recommend Excel Pest!!! And the prices are great!

Andrew did an excellent job with our mouse pest control service. He was thorough in inspecting the apartment and quickly identified and sealed the potential entry points where mice could be getting in. His knowledge and expertise were clear from the start, and he took the time to explain what he was doing along the way. It was genuinely a pleasure chatting with him while he worked. As a Property Manager, I’ve worked with Excel for several years across multiple buildings, and their team has consistently been excellent. They are extremely responsive - especially when urgent situations arise - and they always follow through. When an issue isn’t resolved by standard treatments, they don’t hesitate to send a seasoned field supervisor on-site to troubleshoot and assist, which has made a tremendous difference in our operations.
