I recently visited their shop in Sacramento for repairs to my BMW X3's car door. I was very pleased with their work. Their staff were very professional and respectful. They carefully checked my car and confirmed that the car door was repairable. They kept me informed every day during the repair time. I like their quality control process to make sure the work is done properly before they deliver the car to me. What I learned from my car repair experience is that they take care of their customers very seriously. I highly recommend them.

Hi, I needed to get some repairs done to my 2023 Honda Civic. Excellence Auto Collision did a great job if getting the repairs done in the time frame they had provided. The staff was very friendly and they kept me informed every step of the way regarding the repairs. I ran into a situation of getting some additional fees as the underbody needing serious cleaning but after speaking with the Manager who was very understanding, she waived that fee for me. There was a situation of initially after getting my vehicle back where it was making some strange sounds from the tires. I called them, I brought yhr vehicle back and within a day the issue was resolved. They were even nice enough to get lyft for me to pick me up and a situation where they also used Lyft to take me home. I would definitely recommend Excellence Auto Collision shop...

Delila worked with us from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the process. They pay attention to details and are very personable.
