We had an amazing time at this escape room and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The whole experience was really well designed, super fun, and kept us engaged from start to finish. The puzzles were challenging but enjoyable, and it felt so rewarding solving them together. A huge shoutout to Maria, who was absolutely brilliant and made the experience even better she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything run smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time. We left smiling and already talking about coming back again! ( especially with the discount.)

We did The Fun House at Exciting Game and had an absolute blast. The room was creative, immersive, and packed with fun surprises that kept us engaged the whole time. The puzzles were clever and well thought out, with a great mix of logic, teamwork, and interactive elements. The staff at Exciting Game were awesome too, super friendly and made the experience even better from start to finish. We left smiling and already talking about which room to do next. Highly recommend The Fun House if you’re looking for a unique and entertaining escape room experience

Brad was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, his energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail elevated the entire escape room experience. He explained everything clearly, set the scene perfectly, and stayed fully engaged the whole time without ever breaking immersion. His hints were spot-on—helpful without giving anything away—and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Brad’s passion and professionalism made this one of the most fun and memorable escape rooms we’ve ever done. If you get Brad as your host, you’re in for an incredible time. Highly, highly recommend the Royal Heist Academy!

We had an amazing experience at The Heist Academy escape room, and Sara was absolutely fantastic! From the moment me and my husband arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and full of energy, which really set the tone for the whole experience. Her instructions were clear, her hints were perfectly timed, and she made the game so much fun without giving too much away. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about guests having the best time possible. Sara truly elevated the experience for us and took our pictures at the end; we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommend!
