The worst customer service if u are trying to order from out of state. I love their stuff I tried try to order but the girls seem to be annoyed when you are trying to buy from them. I sent them what I wanted and they send me one option then tells me to just come in. I love there boss she is always sweet and on point but do not recommend ordering feel so unwelcomed super upset.

Extremely welcoming environment and professional establishment. The staff are helpful and make me feel valued every time I come. I love their customer appreciation days and their social media always highlights deals or giveaways they have. I get all my jewelry from here because it is literally the best jewelry store in the 661! I recommend getting a custom piece when you go 🤩

I got a bracelet replaced and the turn around time was super fast! The ladies are very helpful and overall customer service is really good and I’ll be continuing to buy my jewelry here! She always has great deals running 10/10 !

My experiences with exclusive jewelers has always been great. The staff are very sweet and helpful. The owner is always doing giveaways or brings in sweets for customers. All love for EJ🫶🏽.
