I went into this shop, where I’ve purchased dresses many times in the past. While I was looking through dresses, a woman who appeared to be the owner approached me, took a dress out of my hands, and told me it was $400. I said okay, and she immediately stated that no one is allowed to try it on because of the price, then took the dress to the back. It was very clear that she assumed I could not afford the dress. Had the store kept any sort of customer purchase history, she would have seen how much money I’ve actually spent there over time. The assumption was unnecessary and unprofessional. Ironically, instead of focusing on judging customers, perhaps her attention would be better placed on her own presentation—those poorly done $50 eyebrow tattoos—or on maintaining a respectful shopping experience. That said, this isn’t solely about the interaction. The quality of the merchandise has noticeably declined, and paired with how poorly this situation was handled, it was disappointing. I don’t have anything against the store itself, but this experience made it clear that both customer service and quality are no longer what they used to be.

I bought a dress here on Sunday for it to Ship to Hawai'i. I was hung up on 2x because she said she don't speak English. I was also never given the dress I ordered.

I bought an outfit here for my daughter and did not fit her , I brought it back to exchange for a different outfit and the girl said that the stores policy is no return no exchange - so I ask the girl so where is that policy being shared at , she said is at the bottom at the receipt. Right after you’re already stuck with the item now you know their policy ! 👌
