Mr. Work is absolutely phenomenal! He was so patient and was very calm teacher especially to not have know any of my previous driving experience. He took the time to teach me to be more confident behind the wheel by catchy phrases that helped me remember our training during the driving exam. I opted in for the car and the moral support and he was there at the DMV with both I was extremely nervous but he was very reassuring and made sure I had ALL the tools I needed. I passed on the first test and I was very pleased. Money WELL Soent! Thank you again Mr. Work you are the best at what you do!

I’m very grateful for Expert Driving School! I called last minute, and they were able to squeeze me in and help me prepare for my DMV road test. The instructor let me practice in the area where I would be tested, which helped a lot with confidence. I did all this within a week, I took my test and passed. Very patient, professional, and worth it. Highly recommend!

Where do I start? I went into this with a lot of hope, but I was extremely nervous. I don’t really talk to anyone, so I was completely on my own while trying to get my driver’s license. I did my best throughout the process. At first, I tried to cram everything into one week. Honestly, I probably would have passed on my first attempt if my nerves hadn’t gotten the best of me and if I had heard the instructions correctly during the test. I was constantly learning and improving along the way. The second time, I forgot part of the three-point turn because I had just woken up — that one was on me. The third time was the charm. The techniques they teach are excellent, and I truly did my very best. I’m proud to say I passed today. I knew going in that my biggest issue was nerves, but the instructor smoothly transitioned me onto the road on the very first day. Before I even realized it, I was already driving on the road. For anyone considering taking this class, I would highly recommend it — especially if you’re as nervous as I was. I expected to fail way more than three times, and honestly, I didn’t even expect the classes to work, but they absolutely did. I had zero prior knowledge going in. Thank you to Mr. Anthony and Mr. Worken. They are very kind and patient teachers. If they aren’t immediately available, it’s only because they’re out on the road giving students their full attention, often with back-to-back appointments. P.S. If it ever feels like he’s being hard on you, take a moment to look at how people actually drive in Charlotte. Even as a beginner, I could tell that some of that driving is not it. He’s tough because he wants you to be safe and prepared for real-world conditions ie ( they do everything wrong here 😭😭) Also i paid for about 14-16 hours only because i knew my nerves woould get to me regardless thats not anybody fault but my own

I have waited to rate this place until I could have time to see outcomes. Mr. Workneh helped sooo much. I wanted my child to have a good first experience driving (without me shouting/questioning her choices). She is fully diagnosed neurodivergent and she was comfortable. She had good habits with turns and communications with other cards within four days. Also, when we wanted to adjust approach, Workneh was very considerate and assured us that we were right to keep our comfort level with highways. It was great and I recommend

I recently moved to Charlotte from NYC and had ZERO driving experience in my mid thirties. I was very nervous and didn’t know if I could handle being on the road. Thank god for expert driving school!
