Sharann Gomezvia Google Called on Wednesday Nov 27, the day before Thanksgiving to see if same day service was available. After calling three previous companies that weren't able to come out until Monday or Tuesday, Express didn't disappoint. We had no power in half of the house due to what I learned was improper work the week prior by a general contractor that replaced three electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms while doing some other work for us. Thank God for Express Electrical Services and their amazing electrician Saul Jimenez!!! Saul called me twice to keep me updated on his ETA, when he arrived he put on booties (shoe covers) before entering our home. Saul figured out the problem within less than five minutes and had power restored within 30 minutes. He was top notch in every aspect, from start to finish. I will definitely hire Express Electrical again and request for Saul to be dispatched. Regarding price... I was honestly shocked at the cost. I was expecting a lot more than $520 for same day service. If you need an electrician, don't waste your time calling around, call Express first and you'll see what I'm talking about.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Carlos arrived right on time, explained every step clearly, and made sure everything was done safely. He even checked other outlets to ensure my home’s wiring was in great condition. Later, Martin handled the lighting installation with incredible precision—he made my living room look brighter and more modern than ever. Both were respectful, skilled, and worked efficiently without leaving a mess behind. It’s rare to find such reliable service these days, but Express Electrical truly delivered beyond expectations. Rob Radostavia Google Saul, our electrician from Express was pretty incredible, and the company itself provided us with amazing service. I called Express because I just moved into a new place only to find that half the electrical outlets didn’t even work. I needed help right away and although they were booked up for the day, they managed to squeeze me in for same day service. Saul showed up on time, was professional and polite and even put up with my crazy Boxer. He provided us good, better, best options and went thru what was involved with each in just the right amount of detail. We chose the middle option and he got right to work. The most crucial parts of the job were resolved in just a cpl hours and the rest by done the next morning. If you’ve ever hired a contractor, you know how rare it is to expect this level of service. All in all, he went above & beyond what was required and left us feeling like we had a great experience. If all contractors conducted themselves in a similar manner, a lot more work would get done and there’d be more happy homeowners than angry ones who felt taken advantage of. I appreciate very much the work they did for us, and they’ll for sure be our go-to next time we need an electrician. HIGHLY recommended!

It caused our power to go out, made a crackling noise, and even had a plastic burning smell we truly thought it could start a fire at any moment. We immediately called Edison and even the fire department, but unfortunately, neither were able to help us with the situation.
