Hi, I wouldn’t recommend this place for family photos. The quality is not very good, and the prices are high. The same person takes the photos and also works the front counter, and at times she comes across as rude—likely because she’s juggling too much at once. You’re better off taking your own photos and having them enlarged at Walgreens or another shop. That way, you won’t waste 30 minutes waiting only to leave disappointed. Thanks.

They’re passport photo experts. They know the requirements and how to pose to ensure your photo is accepted. Don’t try to do it at home! Ive had my photo rejected so I don’t even try anymore and just go to the pros. Now that you can renew some US passports online, they provide the digital file (it was about $35). I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Nice small business owner. They offer a lot of other services like business headshots. Will be back!
