We used Express Pools to re-plaster our 16 year old pool a couple months ago. We got 4 bids from local companies and chose Express for reasons outlined below. While we weren't without issues, Express Pools' responsiveness to those issues made up for any problems we had and is the reason I stayed at 5 stars. Bottom line they did exactly what we agreed to, provided the most detailed estimate before the job, were the most cost competitive, did the work within a couple weeks of our plaster and tile selections and we ended up with a beautiful pool that looks brand new. On top of that, Express was extremely responsive to every single one of our emails and calls. Really great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Overall I was pleased with the price and timeline. Can’t give five starts because workmanship seemed to be lacking. I have two long white streaks about six inches wide and several feet long on the bottom as if the pebble was not evenly applied. At this point it is what it is but I called them to let them know and they only asked if I had used a robotic cleaner, and of course I had not. The directions clearly state not to use a robotic cleaner and all I have is a Polaris 380. It is not horrible but could have been better.

Express Pool re-plastered our pool last year, and have kept the same great service 12 months later!! They were super responsive for scheduling, talked through the process with a pool newbie like myself, and made sure the installation process went smoothly. They also helped with finding/fixing a leak in the pool, fixing a new stain, and any other pool installation need we had. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pool replastering needs.

Express Pool replastered my pool. In addition to replastering, they cleaned the tiles, reset the pool equipment and repainted the spray deck. They did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and the crews showed a lot of pride in their work. They cleaned everything up and the pool looks awesome. The people at Express were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was best in class. I highly recommend Express Pool.
