I first came to miriam in 2020 after horrible hair trauma from poor extensions. She is an expert, not only was she patient kind and educated me on the best type of extensions for my hair type to regrow my hair in a healthy way but her eye for hair texture, color and blending was spot on. I made the mistake of leaving Miriam for my old stylist. Fast forward five years, after regrowing my hair then more damage from different improper extensions, my scalp was in bad shape. A very high end beverly hills salon put in way too many tapes and the hair was heavy, the placement was poor and I found myself in another traumatic situation. I reached out to Miriam. Not only did she spend two hours gently removing a large amount of tapes, she gave me the best steam and scalp treatment leaving my own hair shiny and scalp feeling much better. Moreover she took her time, she had new clients after me and could have rushed and cut corners but she did not - godbless her. Her placement was spot on, she gave me the same look with half the amount of tapes and I felt so much more comfortable knowing my hair was going to be healthy and grow out while having extensions. She has really mastered her craft and is humble, patient and a true professional.

Mariam is the absolute BEST!! I am new to hair extensions and needed to get them because of some health issues and a tragic bleach accident. When I came to her I was severely thinning/balding and had an undercut and like 3 hairs on my head and looked like Gollum from Lord of the Rings!l, LOL! I also had 5 weddings this year that I was in and didn’t want to go to them in my Gollum state. Thanks to Mariam, I now have a FULL head of hair and my confidence has skyrocketed like no other. She made me feel feminine and beautiful all over again! I found her through a recommendation of a friend and what I appreciated about her most was that despite me being new to hair extensions, she didn’t try to upsell me and was forthright about the entire process. She also knows I was on a tight budget and really went out of her way to make sure I got my money’s worth and didn’t have to spend when I didn’t need to. Any time I had questions on something or was curious about cost, she took the time to stop and explain it to me without being condescending or confrontational. (I have had lots of hair stylists talk down to me so this was big one in my book) I also ask an annoying amount of questions and she took each of them in stride unphased! We had a consult where we talked about what would be best for me and my hair and the entire time I felt heard and supported. I am now on month 7 of my weft extension journey and I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative of Mariam!! She is also super flexible with life and scheduling conflicts when they arise which I appreciate as I have a hectic lifestyle. I am worried that now I cannot live life WITHOUT my extensions !! 💕

Mariam is basically a hair fairy godmother. If she started a cult, I’d join. She’s that good. Every time I leave her chair I’m like, “Who is SHE?” (answer: still me, but with better hair) Sweetest stylist ever and super knowledgeable!! Consider me a loyal disciple.
