I would highly recommend Extermi Pro to anyone. The moment we had a problem, Hamza was able to come immediately and perform the treatment. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything to us and reassured us that our plants and dog would not be affected. We have since called them back for a wasp issue for our condo building and enjoyed the same high quality experience. I would highly recommend Extermi Pro. Their level of customer service is next level! Hamza was my technician and he was very punctual, polite and listened to our concerns. He explained the procedure before and after and guaranteed the work. I wish all companies would have dedicated employees and aftercare service like this. Our issue was with wasps.
