I've been going here for 3 years now, and have not had a bad experience yet. Given that appointments are based on walk ins, there can be times you have to wait, but never too long. Bimala did my brows most recently and did a great job.

Perfect threading and a quick nostril wax. I was in and out in about 15 minutes around 4 PM on a Wednesday. Nice woman and very fast service for a very affordable price. I’ll be back again!

The lady was very nice but it was clear she didn’t have much experience. I got a brow tint and thank god I asked her to take it off when I did because it was already staining my skin. The lash tint was also burning my skin. I’ve gotten these services done in the past in other salons and have never had these issues so I think it’s due to lack of experience.

Efficient and effective eyebrow threading! I came by on a Monday afternoon without a reservation. Two people entered right before me, so I waited about 20 minutes for their services to wrap up. When my time arrived, I told the stylist that it had been years since I had had my eyebrows threaded, and that I deferred to her for what shape best suited my face. She helped remove my eyebrow makeup, then proceeded to thread one eyebrow and ask me what I thought. 10 minutes later, both brows were done after a bit of trimming. She offered me some aloe vera to soothe my slightly reddened brows. $15 for eyebrow threading, plus another $1 for card. All in all, less than $20 after tip, and I’m happy with the shape and the service. I’ll be back (with cash next time)! Edit: I came by on a Tuesday for their henna brows. $15 for fairly light brows (I got a medium dye, and I should have asked for the dark dye), and it pretty much washed off by the next day. Not worth it.

I had an excellent experience with the queen salon. They did my eyebrows as a walk-in. I was satisfied with the initial result but once I looked at home I noticed that I found the lower line not really even. I came back a couple of days later and they fixed it right away without any fuzz. Thank you for excellent and very friendly customer service!
