This is my first time ever leaving review on Google!!! Avoid this clinic—Aggressive upselling and inaccurate prescriptions. If you value your eye health and your wallet, stay away from EyeC Optometry. I came here after stopping Ortho-K, and the experience was a nightmare. First, the front desk Vietnamese lady(who I suspect is related to the owner) tried to scare me into buying a almost $3000 hybrid lens, claiming my vision would deteriorate otherwise. This is predatory and medically dishonest for a 33-year-old. When I asked for trial lenses to get through my washout period, they flat-out refused to help. To make matters worse, the prescription they gave me was massively over-corrected (+0.75D too strong). I now have severe dizziness, "blue" tinted text, and I can't even walk safely because the floor looks distorted. When I called to fix it, they told me to "just suffer for 2 weeks" before they would even look at it. This place cares more about upselling expensive products than the safety and vision of their patients. Zero professional ethics. Go somewhere else where the doctors actually care about accuracy.
