We took my niece to the Santa Experience at f/8 Studios in Long Beach and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt magical and so thoughtfully done. Santa was incredibly warm, patient, and engaging -- it truly felt like a real, special moment and not just a quick photo. The setup was beautiful, the staff was kind and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel personal and memorable for both kids and adults. You could tell a lot of care went into creating something truly special. This is such a wonderful holiday experience for families, and it's something we'll remember forever. Highly recommend to anyone looking to create real Christmas magic!

Michael from f/8 Studios, the awesome husband of our wedding planner Marni from So Smitten Events, was absolutely incredible as our wedding photographer! From our first chats, Michael’s fun energy, passion, and professionalism totally won us over. My wife, Bridget, and I could tell he was the guy to capture our big day. In the planning process, Michael was super communicative, easy to work with, and always professional, helping us figure out exactly which moments and events we wanted captured. He nailed it, coordinating smoothly with our church and venues, including Palos Verdes Golf Club for the wedding and The Strand House for our rehearsal dinner. His laid-back vibe made planning a breeze and honestly so much fun. On the day of our wedding and rehearsal dinner, Michael was a total pro. He captured all the big moments—our friends and family having a blast, the whole vibe of the celebration—with awesome skill. The photos turned out amazing, perfectly showing the joy of those days. My mom even joked that Michael was being “adopted” into our family—that’s how much fun he was to have around! Michael and f/8 Studios brought creativity, warmth, and happiness to our wedding. Bridget and I are so thankful for his talent and the way he made everything so memorable. We had the best experience at f/8 studio for our newborn photoshoot. Highly recommend! Michael was a fantastic photographer and so patient with us and our baby. He went above and beyond and we are so appreciative. The photos came out amazing and we are so happy with them. We are grateful that he was able to capture this precious time in our lives and our new baby boy. We will definitely return for future family photos!

We love this studio! We have been coming here for 3 years consistently! We visit for some staple occasions every year: Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day and Easter. We also did our newborn photos here.. and recently some additional family photos. The photographers are very talented and the sets are always remarkable. Plus.. they allow pets! We were so fortunate to bring our dear pup Walter to Christmas last year before he passed away. Highly recommend this studio. They also have very easy online scheduling, reasonable prices, a convenient location with parking & you get your photos quickly.

We had a wonderful experience with Michael for our newborn photos. He was patient and detailed, but quick! He made our “Where The Wild Things Are” vision come to life with ease. Our photos turned out beautifully and we can’t wait to return for more baby and family photos!
