This is one of the worst Neapolitan pizzas I’ve ever had. The dough was overly chewy instead of light and airy and the tomato sauce tasted off and unbalanced. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. Either expectations are very low or the reviews don’t reflect the actual quality

Visited Tampa and made a point to try Fabrica Pizza — and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. This is proper Neapolitan pizza: beautifully blistered crust, high-quality ingredients, and outstanding balance of flavor. It’s easy to see why Fabrica has earned its place among the Top 50 pizzerias in the U.S.

Very good — a strong attempt at true Neapolitan pizza. Crispy edges, soft center, and plenty of flavor. Maybe not the best pizza in Tampa Bay, but it’s definitely in the conversation. Solid 8/10

Fabrica Pizza is a gem in downtown Tampa! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. I loved the Funghi and Chorizo pizzas, and the staff was super friendly. Great vibe, fast service, and high-quality food. And don’t miss the pistachio dessert pizza, it’s on another level!

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered three pizzas for a bunch of kids, and my wife went to pick them up. When we opened the boxes at home — all of them were completely burned on the bottom. Not just overcooked — burned black. The photos don’t even do it justice. The taste was bitter and disgusting. No way kids can eat that — honestly, no one should. It’s just trash. Most of it went straight in the garbage. If you care about your stomach or your kids’ health — stay far away from this place!!!!
