We are always and consistently blown away by Claire!!! She is such a great person and so meticulous about her work. She leaves no stone unturned. Our house goes from super messy to sparkling clean and I frankly don't know how she does it. Clair always has a smile on her face - she is so great to be around. I don't know who loves her more, our dogs or us! We are SO grateful for Claire and look forward to her visits every month! She is also incredibly efficient and cost effective - I never thought we'd come upon such a great service and person - we've been through a lot!

Aubri W, Lara, and Angie did an amazing job in my Top to bottom clean. I am so happy with the service and quality. Very friendly, respectful, and professional girls. Kaleya came to do a quality check and was just as thorough and polite.

We’ve been using Fabulously Clean for almost a year on a 4-week basis. Almost every cleaner sent to the house has done a fantastic job. Most recently a newer cleaner Michaela spent significant time and energy cleaning our house and it’s been fantastic. Thanks for your work and kindness!

I had not intended to leave a review but I’m so frustrated with my experience and now the lack of any response from the company when I shared my concerns that I feel I need to write one. We had used fabulously clean for several months for biweekly cleans. They were very affordable so even though there were a few complaints here and there, we were generally satisfied with the service. We recently purchased a new house and opted to rent out the one fabulously clean had been cleaning so we contacted them to do a move out clean. The estimate always high - $550-$650. Our biweekly cleans had been $140, so nearly five times as much, but they already knew the house and we needed to get it scheduled quickly so we went forward. After the clean, I went by the house because we had to drop off the keys inside. I did not intend and did not inspect the clean, but I noticed immediately on walking in that the floors were still dirty. There were crumbs in the kitchen and a few spots that had obviously not been mopped. I reached out to complain and they offered to either send someone out to redo the floors or to take $50 off the bill. We elected to have them take $50 off the bill because the house is only 1,470 square foot and would only take us a few minutes to sweep. I appreciated the response, but then… The property management company came to the house to do a “take over inspection.” That inspection was heavily documented and photographed. One of the conclusions from that inspection was that it needed to be professionally cleaned, which they estimated would take between 8-10 hours. Initially, I was upset with the property management company and assumed they just said that for all take over inspections. It hadn’t even been a week since fabulously clean was there and no one else had been in the house, so I knew it was clean. And then I saw the photos. Every room of the house had major areas that were just simply not done. From the toilets, to the sinks, the floors (which we were already aware of), the top of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, etc. I sent an email to fabulously clean that included the list of cleaning tasks the property management said still needed to be done and several, though not all, photos documenting where there was still dirt and debris. Over a week later, I have not received a response. Not an apology, not an explanation. Nothing. Six hundred dollars for a move out clean is a lot of money. We now have a quote to do the same exact clean I hired fabulously clean to do for $400. I did not expect perfection, but I have serious concerns about whether some tasks were done at all, and to not receive so much as an apology is really unacceptable. We had absolutely planned to use fabulously clean for biweekly cleans at our new house once the holidays passed, but there is no chance we would do so now, not just because of the poor job that was done on the move out clean, but the apparent lack of concern.
