Great customer service and knowledge, from the front desk to each provider. They are always polite and customer first focused. They keep notes from each visit and reference them easily, even if you saw a different provider for a different treatment. I can text them questions that they quickly respond to. If ever I am running a few minutes behind, they are kind and understanding and dont immediately jump to rescheduling, yet I have never waited longer than a few minutes for my appointments. I have been impressed each time I visit, and also when my husband and son visited as well. It was their first estitician appointments, and they were so nervous, but the girls made them feel comfortable and not out of place. I highly recommend for women, men and adolescents.

I absolutely love Facial Aesthetics. The ladies at the front desk are so accommodating and welcoming. My injector Lexi is AHhhhhhmazing. She is very knowledgeable and she explains everything in depth and will answer any questions you have. She is hilarious which is also a bonus. I feel amazing leaving FA. I highly recommend FA and Lexi.

Lexi is the BEST! I have been going to her for a couple years now and I am never disappointed! She did my lips and Botox for my wedding and I just continue to go back. She works magic and makes my lips and Botox look so natural! I always feel so good leaving! Worth the money! I highly recommend making an appointment with Lexi! She is the absolute sweetest!
