I had a great experience with Factory Direct Floor Store. Bryan helped me pick flooring selections that were current, American made, and safe. He sent us samples to compare, and provide great customer service to help us choose and prepare. The team came in and did our whole house. It feels like we moved into a new home. Carpets look great... floors look great... and a great price. I can't figure out why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars-- this team was very responsive and did outstanding work.

I've used Factory Direct flooring twice now for two separate projects, one in California and the second one in Colorado and both experiences have been outstanding. Their customer service is excellent—super responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick, and they delivered exactly what was promised. On top of that, their pricing is the best I’ve found and the shipping out state was seamless. Great quality, great service, and overall excellence. Highly recommend!
