I called for a spare tire carrier on my YXZ. After extensive searching, the Factory UTV was best suited for clearing my Milwaukee Pack Out set up. I called and was told they would have one ready to ship end of that week. Bummer as I really wanted it for a big ride that weekend. Turns out, Factory UTV reached out to their powder coat vendor and they had one in house. Factory UTV got it powder coated and shipped the same day. I was surprised to see a Fed Ex notice of delivery for Friday before my ride! However, i would already be up north Friday with my YXZ. I called Factory UTV and they redirected Fed Ex to deliver to my cabin up north. Incredible customer service!!! Do not hesitate to buy from Factory UTV.

I bought a skid plate for my old RZR 800 and an OEM piece was found to be missing during the installation. Not their problem, but they fabricated a part for me free of charge and gained a customer for life. Thanks guys!

Great customer service!! Shoutout to Beth & Eva for the Veteran discount. I purchased their RZR Pro XP intrusion bars and couldn’t be happier. I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Sunday morning. Perfect fitment and install was straightforward easy. Looks killer on the stock 2022 cage. Highly recommend their products and service.

Wonderful customer service! I needed a tire carrier for my can-am with an aftermarket cage. I contacted them about their dual clamp carrier and they customized it to fit my machine. I never expected them to come through like that, highly recommend them! You just don't see customer service like that these days.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We called ahead, then stopped by on our way to the trail to get a spare tier mount for a Polaris Turbo S UTV. They were super helpful, even gave us the tools to get the install done at the trail head. The staff was super kind and helpful. The product is top notch it looks tough, makes our car look incredible. It also keep the heavy tire in place through some very fast and bouncy terrain. Get your gear here you will be impressed!
