Went there today to get our son's haircut. We were told we were right behind one other client. We waited there for over 75 minutes and in between they had served 5-6 clients. The person who they assigned us to was giving a haircut to a two-year-old for an hour. We just couldn't stay any longer and continue to see client after client getting their haircuts done. I would have left happily when I had inquired at the beginning whether they were busy. They need a paper queue to manage walk-ins and appointments at a minimum and pay attention to what they say to the walk-in clients.
